No Water Guns For You!

~In Cambodia, you can't use water guns on New Years.

This is a strange law because you should be able to celebrate your tradition or how ever you celebrate New Years. A simple water gun won't do much harm. How come they can use one on any ordinary day but specificially not New Years. That is very odd...
