~In the USA you are not allowed to play dominoes on Sundays.
In the USA you can't tell your child, apprentice or servant to perform labor on a Sunday. You are allowed to do customary domestic duties of daily necessity or comfort or works of charity. If you engage in shooting, hunting, gaming, card playing or racing on the day you could get into trouble. If you are a merchant, shoekeeper, pharmacist you can keep your store open on Sunday. If you break any of these rules you can be fined no less than $10 and no more than $100, you could get sent to county jail for no more than 3 months, or you could be sentenced to hard labour for the country.
WOW! That's a pretty crazy law! You should be able to do the jobs above if you desire to, we think you should not be told or get into trouble for the jobs or activities you want to do.
What would you do on a Sunday if you had to follow this law?
